study & turnips
I know that everyone has time consuming challenges in their life, and right now mine is my honours thesis. And the society I'm President of. Oh, and washing my clothes. I'm wondering how long I can keep saying "it's washing day" before someone notices it's really 'washing month(s).'
But there are things I'm grateful for. Like brownie-cheesecakes (it's a thing), harvesting the world's tiniest turnips, and being totally entertained by mushrooms snuggling a rogue broad bean plant.
I hope you are having a less stressed week, or at least have some mushrooms to giggle at.

Aaaw, you're too cute! Well done for keeping it all in perspective under such stressful circumstances and good luck with all the studying! Just think how 'free' you'll feel when it's over ;o)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your thesis! Hope you're able to stay focused and energized until it's done!
ReplyDeleteOh my God is this you - the same Reana Louise of Curves Patterns & Pins? Been looking for you everywhere since it seemed CP&P had been abandoned!! So happy to have found you again x
ReplyDeleteIt is me! Curves was hacked so I had to delete it. Very sad, but now I have a new space! :) Also, that wedding dress you made a while back? You. Are. Amazing. x
DeleteSo sad about Curves, but SO glad you're back! And yes, that sure was a wedding dress I made. My proudest make to date - but am actually starting a super exciting new business designing sewing patterns which will be officially launching late oct (new blog live - byhandlondon.wordpress.com), might you want to be a pattern tester possiblement...? x
DeleteThat is so exciting!!! Congratulations! I would love to be a tester. If you'd like to discuss over email mine is reanalouise@gmail.com :) RLx
DeleteOnly you could take a photograph and make studying look so beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteTurnips? Woman, you are on fire! Can we see photos of your whole veggie patch? Pretty please? Sam xox
